Indie momos is not some new form of musical momos, they are a classic momo and wraps seller located in Kammanahalli,Kalyan nagar.Its a small outlet that during peak hours is extremely crowded and you can expect a waiting queue however there service is exceptionally efficient, with multiple men manning the fort ,led by a veteran lady who is both smart and sweet in equal parts which gives the place a good homely feeling.There are primarily two items on the menu here wraps and momo.The wraps are similar to shawarma sizes and have a good flaky bread and a considerate portion of filling.It has a sweetish flavour that I personally don’t prefer but is something a lot of people in the city would enjoy.The wrap thus is a good try but nothing that’s not been seen before unlike their momo, which is fresh and piping hot with a good soft texture on the outside without being chewy to the point of undercooked, showing how they have perfected their cook time with a great filling that goes really well with their house chutney and if in the area and craving momo ,is a must try.
